• Aluminum Standard Detachable Basket

  The standard lightweight aluminum detachable basket can be removed in seconds from the unit to allow insertion in tight places, doors, gates, etc. Optional casters can be installed on baskets so they can be transported easily.

  For faster and more efficient troubleshooting from basket and base, the easy-to-read pilot lamps will quickly tell which condition isn’t met or what the current situation is.

• Top Mount Lifting Points

  On top of being safe due to their location on the machine and the fact that no spreader bars are required, top mount lifting points allow you to insert your unit in even harder-to-reach areas and places with a crane.

  Strategically positioned tie-down anchor points in the back and front of your unit will ease your transport on a trailer.

• 5 feet articulated jib 140 degrees

  The last section before the basket is called the jib. It is live even at full basket weight capacity. It offers maximum flexibility for a perfect final positioning at the working area. It also can be elevated while driving to allow better clearance of obstacles. On this unit, the amplitude of the jib is 140 degrees, allowing a total clearance of basket for all types of circumstances. It also allows a 10 foot height flexibility without touching the main booms.

• Air/Water Line to Basket

  A standard 3000 PSI air/water line runs from ground to basket through the boom to offer more flexibility and less weight in the basket.

• Automatic Self Leveling for Outriggers

  With the activation of a single button, your unit will level in a perfect way, regardless of the surface. A nice-to-have option to consider if moving your unit often is required.

• Black Deep Thread Extra-Long Rubber Tracks

  Providing a major increase in both stability and weight distribution, extra-long black rubber tracks also provide an enhanced climbing capability to your unit. Made of durable rubber with a steel belt reinforcement, they are built to last.

• Hostile Kit

  Despite all your planning and care, accidents unfortunately happen. The 1/4-inch heavy duty thick aluminum plates composing the hostile kit will greatly minimize the impacts of such accidents on vital components of the unit: ground lever controls, outrigger switches and cylinders.

• Patented telescopic boom power track

  All hoses and harnesses are routed inside of the boom, and protected by a heavy duty unbreakable patented telescopic power track. All hoses and harnesses can be inspected and replaced quickly right on the job site.

Standard configuration

• Kubota diesel 12V + 208-240V AC Electric

  The EPA Tier 4 Certified Kubota D902-E3B water cooled diesel engine with real 12V provides peace of mind. This extremely tough and quiet engine offers TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System) for better emission and lower fuel consumption. The 208-240V AC electric motor allows drive and boom operation with no emission, when working indoors is required.

Standard features

• Basket anti-overload system

  The anti-overload system is designed to prevent operation of a unit with an overloaded basket. An alarm and a red light, both at base and basket, will warn you. This system can be verified by operator during daily inspection.

• Emergency LIVE Levers Ground Controls

  Execute rapid emergency maneuvers with REAL live hydraulic joysticks for precision and safety in the movements. Get your operator down without stumbling in the process.

• Emergency Descent 12V Electric Pump

  Bringing a harmed operator or broken basket control to the ground is always possible from the base using the emergency descent procedure. The electric 12V emergency pump just makes it easier since no manual pumping is required to move the oil and build pressure.

  All Easy Lift units' booms and structural components are made from Swedish high tensile flexible Domex SSAB steel. It allows the production of smaller, yet more resistant components.

• Passive Envelope Stability Management System

  The passive stability management system is a working envelope monitored by several sensors and put together by a flow control. It is designed to prevent dangerous movements.

• Smooth and Automatic Basket Leveling

  The hydraulic compensation system will keep the basket leveled to the ground all the time without any interaction required from the operator. For specific needs and tricky situations, there is a manual override.

• Hostile Kit

  Despite all your planning and care, accidents unfortunately happen. The 1/4-inch heavy duty thick aluminum plates composing the hostile kit will greatly minimize the impacts of such accidents on vital components of the unit: ground lever controls, outrigger switches and cylinders.

• Wind-Safe Up to 28 Mph (45 km/h)

  The wind factor needs to be considered at all time when working in heights. Easy Lift units are fully safe under 28 Mph.

Additional options

• Outriggers “Sinking” Alarm

  The stability system on all Easy Lift units cannot prevent ground from collapsing under them. But as long as the outrigger's pressure is supported from ground, the unit will be safe and sometimes even able to work if slightly inclined. This system will warn the operator that the whole unit is inclined and/or sinking, even if it’s not possible to tell from the basket.

• Strobe Light

  With increasing safety regulations, this small option will soon make a huge difference and determine whether you will be able to go or not on a jobsite. Well worth it!

• Outrigger Pads for Stabilizers

  The outriggers needs some travel when they lift tracks off the ground. There are a few options available: 16 X 24 or 20 X 40 with or without sliding rails. Custom-made Teflon pads are designed to insure best load of each leg as well as best performance overall for operator.

• Custom Color Powder Coat Painting

  Multi-layer powder coat baked paint is applied before parts assembly, offering the same protection everywhere on parts. This option will allow color matching through the RAL International Color Code to paint your unit with your own company colors.
