Parts FAQ

Can parts be shipped in the USA?

We use FedEx for ground and overnight shipping. The border is only a line on the map when it comes to deliveries. The cut out time must be respected for overnight shipping, but worst case is 2 days for delivery to your door.

How do I order parts?

Simply open the burger menu on top of this page and look for the link “Shop for parts”. There will be some information required from you but it is extremely simple and straightforward.

Is it true that parts are all coming from Europe?

Parts are stocked here in North America. We will be able to provide you with parts overnight to fix most of your issues. Structural components may take longer to arrive but all inner components are here.

What about warranty on parts?

Warranty on parts is 1 year from the manufacturer starting the moment your unit is delivered. To fill a warranty claim, you must return the faulty part. See this as if you were going to your car dealer. The tech will see part is faulty, replace part and file claim right there on the spot with the faulty part in his hands. Unfortunately, we cannot do the same because we don’t have the part in our hands. Until we do, we cannot claim nothing so we need to have it back. Once we have the part, we can initiate the claim process.
