If you don’t have the exact part number, simply take a picture of the part, ideally with a little bit of context so we can identify where it is on your unit, and which component or part is faulty.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT USCBP CUSTOMS AND TARRIFS

Since August 7, 2025, the USCBP has imposed specific customs duties depending on the origin of each product, along with additional surcharges on steel and aluminum products manufactured outside the United States.  As an example, but not limited to these cases: tariffs on general European parts — where your unit is manufactured — are 15% or more depending on origin, while rubber tracks range from 20% to 25%. Certain products made of aluminum or steel may be subject to duties of up to 50% of their value.

UPequip is striving by all means to keep prices as fair as possible, but we cannot escape our obligation to declare and apply the tariffs currently in force.
